Our Story

I’ve always enjoyed food. Who doesn’t right? But what we buy at the store today is usually loaded with sugar and high fructose corn syrup. For me, that led to Type 2 Diabetes and obesity, along with a long list of related health problems.

In my search for sauces with low sugar, what I found were generic, average tasting choices that reminded me of diet soda from the 80’s and 90’s. It doesn’t taste good? Well what did you expect, it’s “sugar free”. And some of the alternative sweeteners in these products are just not the ones I choose to use.

I’ve always cooked, so I set out to change that, for me anyway. I started taking sauces to family gatherings and to work, mainly because I knew what was there had too much sugar. Then others started trying my sauces, and asking for some to take home. Soon I was shipping bottles to friends and family from coast to coast.

People encouraged me to start selling my sauces, so here we are. I hope you like them. I hope you tell your friends. And if you’re on a journey to get healthier, I hope this helps in some small way.
